Detroit morning hours stereo show Mojo in the Morning hours posted design of Fakih competing its 2007 "Stripper 101" contest. For the contest, strippers showed female listeners some moves and the "most effective student" was the grand-prize winner. Matching to the station, only females were definitely in attendance and the performers have been all fully clothed.
The photographs, which the station claimed have been circulating on their web site for many years, indicate Fakih dancing thoroughly clothed and with dollar costs stuffed in her bra immediately after winning the level of competition.
The radio station says it was all in good exciting, but Mojo in the Morning wrote on its web page Monday that Miss USA officials contacted them "requesting far more photographs and information" relating to Fakih's involvement in the contest. When the show's producers asked pageant officials if the illustrations or photos would impact Fakih's concept, they wouldn't response.
"Mojo in the Early morning totally supports Rimah Fakih as she represents Detroit and America in the Miss Universe contest," a Mojo staffer emailed Celebrity Circuit. "The radio present will not entertain requests to drag her name via the mud."
Matching to a record posted on TMZ.com, Fakih earned prizes which include "jewelry, present cards, adult toys and a stripper pole for property use" after successful the level of competition.
Other beauty queens have gotten in problems and been able to maintain their crowns. Miss USA 2006 Tara Connor just about dropped her concept in excess of underage consuming and very difficult partying, but she entered a drug rehabilitation program and was authorized to continue to keep her crown.
